- 1 cup dates (soft, – if you’re using dry dates, soak in hot water for 10 minutes then drain.)
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- gluten-free oats
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 1/3 cup milk (choice)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (4 level tbsp, melted)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract (or 1/2 tsp vanilla paste)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp. vegan cream cheese (or you can substitute it with 2 extra tbsp of coconut oil)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla paste (or extract)
