- 1 tsp. baking soda

- 2 cups whole oats (I’ve used the quick oats but I like the whole ones better)
- 1 stick butter (softened)
- 6 Tbsp. milk
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cocoa (Hershey’s)
- 2 cups powdered sugar (may need a little more)
