- 6 oz. cream cheese (low-fat is fine; use vegan if desired, at room temperature)
- 3 Tbsp. coconut milk (full-fat canned)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla bean paste
- 1/2 tsp. stevia (powdered, equivalent to 1 packet of stevia or 2-3 teaspoons sugar)
