Excellent quick recipe for when you want something sweet but somewhat nutritious. I substituted the milk powder for peanutbutter chocolate organic protein powder, added a little sprinkle of collagen peptides, flaxseed meal, and a teeny bit of psyllium husk powder (not too much because it can be a choking hazard). I also added a dash of vanilla flavoring and substituted half crunchy and half creamy natural peanutbutter, a dash of cocoa powder, and finally I used two tablespoons maple syrup instead of three tablespoons honey. It was excellent!
