    Wow fabulous! I cut in to cubes to make sure it was cooked well enough. Also substituted Apple cider vinegar and olive oil. Turned out fabulous. Paired on top of white rice. Definitely a new favorite recipe I’ll add to my regular dinners for my family. Husband loved.
