The flavor was OK but my problem was that about half of the filling leaked out of the base of the springform pan. I don’t know if it was a problem with the pan or it had to do with the fact that the batter is very liquid. Thankfully, because the pan was wrapped in foil it didn’t make a mess of the oven. Also, it took a lot longer to bake. I left it for 1 hr and 5 minutes and it still didn’t get deep golden brown on top. I used 3 cans of peaches as suggested in the reviews.
