Turned out great even the doorman was raving about it as I took a piece down to him. If I were to make this again I would reduce the cornstarch so its not a solid fruit base a little juice is my preference. Probably cut it to 2T instead of 1/4 C. I thought the crisp turned out great but again would reduce the sugar down to 1/2C from 1 C and increase the flour to 1-1/2 C
