- 2 avocados (medium ripe, peeled, pitted, and sliced)

- 1 Tbsp. hazelnut oil

- 4 oz. baby spinach
- 15 rice paper wrappers
- 3 peaches (medium, pitted and thinly sliced)
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves (mixed)
