- 1/2 cup sugar (divided)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs (divided use)
- 1 large egg yolk
- 4 peaches (medium, peeled and cut into 3/4-inch pieces)
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry (thawed)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a KitchenAid stand Mixer using the Wire Whip Accessory, beat cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar and vanilla until smooth. Beat in 1 egg and 1 egg yolk.
- In a large bowl, combine peaches, blueberries, cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg and remaining 1/4 cup sugar.
