- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats (use gluten free if necessary)
- 1 1/2 cups liquid (I use half water and half unsweetened almond milk - use an allergy-friendly alternative if necessary)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 1/2 peach (ripe, peeled and chopped, I assume thawed frozen peaches would work as well)
- 3 stevia extract (doonks THM Pure, Powder)
- 1/2 tsp. caramel extract
- 1 tsp. canela
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves (or nutmeg)
- unsweetened almond milk (/carton coconut milk (nut free), optional)
- Reddi Whip (fat-free, (not dairy-free) and/or sugar-free maple syrup for topping, optional)
