This was really good!... well... the second time. Both times I halved the recipe for myself, but the first time, my dumb tired morning brain put in 1/2 a tbsp of GROUND ginger because I didn't have fresh. It was so spicy! I still drink it anyway though lol! But this morning (the second time), I put in 1/2 a TSP of ground ginger and it was wayyyyyy better, but next time I go to the store, I'mma buy fresh ginger!
Edit: I tried it with 1/4 tsp ground ginger and I think it was even better than with 1/2, but I still wanna try it with fresh!!!!!!
Edit 2: Ok, if you decide to make this, 1/2 tsp of ground ginger or 1 tbsp of freeze dried ginger (for the whole recipe/ 2 servings) is fine, but please, if you can, USE FRESH GINGER!!!!!!!!!! It makes all the difference and is really good!
