This sauce/glaze is so flavorful! The delicious peaches add texture to the sauce and give it a sweet/tart taste. It's mildly spicy but easy to increase the heat! I will next time. I seered these first in a cast iron skillet with a bit of evoo & butter, then poured the luscious sauce over them. Mmmm! One tip I'll share, don't offer cook the chops or they'll be tough. My husband LOVED these chops, so that's a Blue Ribbon in my book!
