- 2 Tbsp. slivered almonds (reserved)
- nonstick cooking spray
- 4 peaches (peeled and sliced)
- 4 Tbsp. orange juice
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. canela
- 1/4 tsp. fresh ground ginger
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 cup confectioners sugar (add a bit more if you need to thicken the glaze, and a bit more liquid, to taste, to thin it)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. bourbon
- 1 Tbsp. orange juice
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. milk (instead.)
