- 1/3 cup oat flour (or a multi-purpose GF flour blend, like King Arthur brand)
- 2 Tbsp. flaxseed (ground golden)
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds (unsalted)
- 1/2 cup organic coconut oil (unrefined, can also use unsalted, grassfed butter, but then it's not vegan ;)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (natural)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- canela (I sprinkle generously on top of peaches without measuring)
