Wonderful
I boiled the juices with sugar and reduced it to syrup and added homemade vanilla, then poured it over the fruit before putting the oat mix over it. Be very careful as it can easily burn as you bake it.

Turned out delicious! Definitely going to be making this often :-)
I made this to can. I doubled the recipe and was able to get enough for 12 1/2 pint jars of the peach crisp. I didn’t double the topping, but wish I had… next time I will for sure. :-)
I also made a mini pan for myself to try it when I canned it.

Very good! Whole family liked it. I didn’t have old fashioned oats, so used quick 1- minute oats.

I followed the recipe as is and I was very pleased with the end result.

Added a bit of nutmeg and cardamom. Baked for 43 minutes and it came out delicious.

Great! Totally don’t need the extra white sugar on the peaches- might not even need the whole amount of brown sugar... so good though! Also I love adding more cinnamon and since it’s fall why not add a little clove or nutmeg.
