I reduce the recipe 1/3rd to accommodate my 6 muffin tray.
Used fruity pebble dust instead of sugar.

I very much like this recipe that when I brought it to work, everyone who had one said "umm it's good!" Peach cobbler in a muffin - how can you beat that?!! Twofer 😋
