Simple, nice and tasty. My peaches were a little on the greener side of ripe and didn’t provide much juice to sauce, so I added a splash or two of cranberry-apple juice. My daughter (who wrinkled her nose up at the words “peach chutney”) said it was good- a ringing endorsement for her. I would definitely make this again.
