- 1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup (If you have a serious sweet tooth, you can add an extra teaspoon of syrup.)
- 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 3 1/2 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 cup light coconut milk (chilled, the kind in the can)
- 1 1/2 cups frozen peaches (or fresh)
- 1 cup frozen cherries (or fresh)
- 1/2 frozen banana
- gluten
- granola
- fruit (Fresh, I like cherries and peaches to stay in keeping with the parfait’s theme, but you do you.)
- chocolate shavings (Cacoa nibs or dark)
