- 2 peaches (small unpeeled, chopped relatively small, I cut the peaches wedges, then cut each wedge into about 6 pieces.)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (icing sugar)

It turned out well. I did peel the peaches. I used BAI peach drink for the liquid in the icing. I also made it in a square pan, so I could cut it into squares when serving.

Turned out lovely. I'm a novice baker and always confused with correct amounts so always use what I think is right, sometimes turns out awful but for this cake I did it right, yay:) absolutely delicious :))
