Quick and easy to make, extremely nutritious, very delicious salad to take to summer potlucks! I used plain greek yogurt instead of sour cream to boost protein even a little more. I see someone else's suggestion to add chopped up hard-boiled eggs; I will definitely try that, too. Very versatile!
