- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup green onions (chopped, I just put in the whole bunch of green onions, chopped)
- 2 eggs (hard-cooked, chopped)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 oz. pimentos (drained)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. ground mustard
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt (I used regular salt)

I was skeptical but it was delicious! Quick and easy. I made mine WW friendly..light mayo, Splenda, low fat cheddar cheese. Portioned into Tupperware. A great grab and go, eat at your desk lunch!

I added bacon to this recipe. It is amazing! It is light and delicious! This tasted good by itself but would also be super on Ritz crackers.
