I make it with 2 cans of potatoes instead of hash browns. It comes out perfect everytime.

This is easy and really delicious. I’ve been trying to eat low carb, and then I got a crappy cold and it made me crave comfort food! I cooked for 3 hrs. on high and then another 1/2 hr. after I added the cream cheese. Topped with shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon, and a dollop of sour cream. Made my cold feel better even though it detoured my diet!
