- 2 cups blueberries (organic, fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk (full fat)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp. honey (raw local, or to taste)
- 1 banana (large slightly green, fresh or frozen, if you're ok with dairy, feel free to replace some banana and/or coconut milk with full fat plain yogurt or vanilla ice cream which is what I do sometimes)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk (full fat)
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 Tbsp. coconut flakes (unsweetened if you can find it, if using unsweetened, add 1 Tsp honey, if already sweetened, no need for honey)
- 1 1/2 cups strawberries (organic, hulled, fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup cherries (organic, pitted, fresh or frozen, you can use all strawberries if you like, I just like the addition of sweet cherries for flavor)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk (full fat)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp. honey (raw local, or to taste)
