- 1 onion (medium, finely chopped)

- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper (I used 1 tsp and the sauce was quite spicy)
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 200 mL chicken stock
- salt (to taste)
