- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 cup carrots (chopped, I had 2 large carrots)
- 2 cups potato (chopped peeled, I used 3 potatoes)
- 3 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. steak seasoning (I had Omaha today)
- 1 Tbsp. base (vegetable soup, you could use beef, I have this in the fridge)
- butter
- cheddar cheese
