- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 tsp. chopped garlic (finely)
- 1/4 cup vodka
- 14.5 oz. whole peeled tomatoes (undrained and coarsely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh basil leaves (chopped)
- 1 cup water
- 1 pkg. Knorr® Pasta Sides™ - Alfredo
- ground black pepper (ground, to taste)

Directions
- Heat oil in 12-inch skillet over medium heat and cook garlic 30 seconds. Add vodka and boil 30 seconds. Add tomatoes and basil and cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes or until slightly thickened. Add water and bring to a boil. Stir in Knorr® Pasta Sides™ - Alfredo and continue boiling over medium heat, stirring frequently, 7 minutes or until pasta is tender; stir in pepper.
