I chose this recipe for the meatballs alone as I was looking for a healthier choice. I do plan to try it with the pasta and veggies another time. I added onion, garlic, and mushrooms chopped finely to the meatball recipe and decreased Mayo by half. My purchased breadcrumbs included parmesan and I added a generous portion of Italian herbs before mixing. They were delicious and I will definitely make them again.

Made this with Trader Joe’s butternut squash orecchiette and Trader Joe’s turkey meatballs in the oven. So easy for a healthy weeknight dinner. Family loved it!

Delicious! Everything compliments each other nicely. My kids aren't big veggie fans so I have to catch them in a good mood to eat it but my husband and I LOVE it! I do add a bit more salt to my own dish but I'm a salt fiend
