The only substitution I made was using spinach for Kale as I wanted to use up what I had in the fridge. You need to use at least dbl the amount of spinach as it wilts. The cranberries for me was the secret ingredient that gave the dish a great balance. The only ingredient I would add next time would be some toasted pine nuts.
