- 2/3 box Chevre Goat Cheese ((the little cartons of creamy goat cheese, 5oz (150gr) Chavrie – U.S. Chevraux – Europe)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (2oz, 60gr, , Gruyère, Swiss, whatever)
- 1 1/4 cups pasta (dry, bite-size)

Recipes with Prosciutto are tricky. Some people use to cook, fry or bake the whole dish with the ham in it, but i'm more like "leave the ham alone". This recipe fries the Prosciutto and it does not taste good.
