- 8 oz. spaghetti (or angel hair pasta, or any other kind of pasta you want)
- 6 Tbsp. olive oil
- 5 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/2 Tbsp. lemon zest (+ some more to garnish)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice (divided)
- 1 large tomato
- 1/4 cup sun dried tomato
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (marinated, or however much you want)
- 20 uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 5 artichoke hearts (in oil, more or less as per your needs)
- pepper (10. red crushed)
- salt
- pepper
- fresh parsley (chopped fine)

Delicious! It needed more seasoning though, i used rosemary and 7 spice along with the basil and parsley. I added olives as well cz I wanted to get rid of them and it went so well with the feta flavour .Will make again
