- 3.5 oz. cacao (Perugina 51%, Premium Chocolate, finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 3/4 cup chocolate hazelnut spread (such as Nutella)
- 1 Tbsp. hazelnut liqueur (such as Frangelico)
- 1 cup whole milk
- 6 candies (assorted Baci, milk chocolate, dark chocolate or white chocolate, roughly chopped)
