- 1/2 lb. sweet italian sausag links, cut into
- 2 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onions (medium, chopped)
- 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 jar ragu pasta sauce (1 lb. 8 oz., Old World Style®, OR Ragu® Light Pasta Sauce)
- 2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. red vinegar white white, wine,
- 1/2 tsp. dri thyme leaves, crush
- cayenne pepper (to taste)
- 16 oz. linguine (1 box, or spaghetti, cooked and drained)

Directions
- In 3-quart saucepan, brown sausage, over medium-high heat. Stir in green peppers, onion and garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in Pasta Sauce, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, thyme and pepper. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes. Serve over hot linguine.
