This turned out delicious!! Since there is no actual recipe to follow, I didn’t add vinegar since I didn’t see the need with all the acid from the tomato. I also used less salt (personal preference), Very Veggie juice instead of V8, and a can of crushed tomatoes with Basil in it, but I couldn’t be happier with the result. Start with your meat (I did a pound of ground beef and half of a beef sausage) then veggies, add the liquids and then the seasonings and let it stew together for a while. Yummy! Thank you for this recipe, I can honestly say this was better than Olive Garden’s!
