Delicious! I did change a few things: in order to minimize the amount of dishware to clean up, the pasta was not cooked separately, but it was still good. Makes quite a bit of soup, more than I have Tupperware containers for. Will definitely make it again. I think I prefer this one to Nut in a Nutshell's variation, since that one calls for V8 juice and red wine vinegar, which are harder to find additional uses for
