- 3 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 1 tsp. ginger root (minced)
- 2 Tbsp. natural peanut butter (I used chunky because that’s what we had)
- 3/4 cup hot water
- 1/4 cup soy sauce (replace with more water if you’re salt-free)
- 2 tsp. cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 4 green onions (sliced)

Yummy! I had a little too much water, but i added a little more peanut butter. I also threw in some bean sprouts and peanuts because I had them. I will definitely make it again.
