- 1/2 cup olive oil (Rao’s Homemade Ligurian)
- 1 cup cheese (small mozzarella, bocconcini, balls or diced mozzarella)
- 1 orange bell peppers (medium sized, diced)
- 1 yellow bell peppers (medium sized, diced)
- 1 green bell peppers (medium sized, diced)
- 1 jar sun-dried tomatoes (Rao’s Homemade, drained and sliced into thirds)
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 1/2 cups fresh basil (sliced)
- 1 Tbsp. grated Pecorino Romano cheese
- 1 jar olives (Rao’s Homemade Mediterranean, drained, optional)
