Tasty pasta salad served with succulent roasted vegetables prepared with Hellmann's mayonnaise and olive oil, ideal for a picnic!

- 225 grams fusilli pasta
- 2 Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise (dollops*)
- 2 courgettes (400g)
- 1 red pepper (100g)
- 1 yellow pepper (100g)
- 1 red onion (74g)
- 50 grams olives
- 15 grams basil
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar

Directions
- Cook the pasta al dente and drain.
- Preheat the oven to 200° C.
- Cut the vegetables into pieces and place them in a roasting tray and toss with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Roast, stirring once, for 25 minutes or until vegetables are cooked.
