- 8 oz. orecchiette pasta
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
- 4 tsp. Italian seasoning (McCormick Gourmet™ Organic, with Flaxseed)
- 1 pt. cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 8 oz. mozzarella balls (ciliegine)
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup red onion (thinly sliced)

Directions
- Cook pasta in salted water as directed on package.
- Mix oil, vinegar and Seasoning in large bowl until well blended. Add cooked pasta, tomatoes, mozzarella, spinach and onion; toss to coat well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
