- 1 roasted red pepper (sliced, either from a jar, or roasted yourself)
- 3 cups fusilli pasta
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 4 squares cheese (laughing cow)
- 2 Tbsp. basil pesto
- 6 baby spinach leaves (sliced thin)
