- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 zucchini (sliced)
- 1 yellow squash (sliced)
- 1 onion (small, chopped)
- 1 small tomato (chopped)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- pasta
- parsley

Directions
- Cube and cook chicken breast. When brown on all sides, add garlic cloves then add vegetables in the following order: zucchini, squash, peppers, onion, tomato. Cook over medium heat for 3 minutes.
- Add broth. Bring to boil.
- Add pasta. Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Top with parmesan cheese and parsley.
