Recipe is very informative. I didnt follow it to a T, but it was the first time the eggs didnt scramble!

This recipe is really good! I added extra meat (I used thick applewood smoked bacon and about 1.5x the recipe calls for), along with an extra handful of Parmesan when I was finishing. Two eggs worked perfectly instead of three and I’m giving 4 starts because of the amount of tweaking I did to the original recipe. Overall a REALLY easy recipe and quick too!
