  • onion (minced)
  • olive oil
  • pancetta
  • 4 eggs
  • salt
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 400 grams pasta

    Directions

    1. Sautee onion in olive oil. Once it begins be translucent, add pancetta and cook through.
    2. Add Panna to pancetta and onion to make sauce.
    3. In a bowl, whisk eggs, salt, pepper, and parmigiano cheese together.
    4. Cook pasta al dente.
    5. Once pasta is finished cooking, add panna sauce and egg mixture to noodles and mix thoroughly to combine and cook the eggs.
