  • 2 teaspoons agave nectar (or other sweetener, to taste)

    Pretty good for a matza topping. I modified to taste with a little more wine and cinnamon. It’s on the sweet side but good to balance salty matza ball soup! I wish it was a little chunkier but all in all, great option for Seder plate. Next time I’ll try it with skin on for color. It’s very brown.
