Yum, yum, YUM! I love soups, especially interesting, creative soups! This one was divine. It danced on my tastebuds - first the taste of parsnips, then a bit of heat from the ginger and then the sweetness of the pear kicked in. Every spoonful was like that! Loved it and can't wait to make it again!
