- 3.5 oz. parsley (stems cut off)
- 1 Tbsp. basil leaves
- 1/2 cup almonds (raw no skin)
- 2 oz. feta cheese
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1 clove garlic

Directions
- In a food processor, blend the parsley and basil leaves with slowly adding the olive oil until it becomes a paste.
- Add the almonds and garlic clove and blend some more until the almonds have reached the consistency of large breadcrumbs.
- Lastly add your feta cheese and more olive oil if needed until the pesto in nice and creamy, salt and pepper to taste.
