Turned out the way I had hoped! I was looking for a recipe for seasoning the potatoes and this worked out perfectly!

These were REALLY easy and REALLY good! The Yukon Gold Potatoes were so nice and creamy with the sharp Parmesan! Definitely making again! The leftovers were really great when I added them to my frittata the next morning!
