I used red rockfish fillets, it came out nice and was very simple and quick to make but could use a bit more flavor

Great easy dish with amazing flavor. I used Alaskan Cod and later it on a bed of spinach. Wife loved it and so does my little 14 month old baby girl. Can't wait to make it again.
