I made this yummy dish last night. After a busy day at work I was beyond happy with the ease of this recipe. Paired with asparagus and rice it was healthy and delicious!

Gave the salmon a nice crunch to it! I think there might be an issue with the recipe since it mentions the baking step twice.

Prepared this tonight for my husband and me. Divided in half and prepared in my air roaster at 375 for 10 minutes. It was very good but next time I will reduce the time to 9 instead of 10 minutes.

Added a little more butter to the herb mixture but it was otherwise excellent 4 1/2 stars

It was very nice, but I cooked it a few minutes longer and it slightly dried my salmon out. I enjoy a sauce with my salmon, but this was a very good substitute. Will try it again.

Very easy to make, however, next time I'll make sure to salt the fish before adding the breadcrumb mix for sure.

Easy, and good tasting. I added melted butter to the topping mix to help it stick together better. It toasted nicely.

My salmon ended up being frozen but i had fresh tilapia on hand. I buttered the fish and then put the herb parmesean coating on top. It was the best tasting tilapia I've ever had! I had extra crust left over and saved it for another fish dish.
I did add one clove of garlic to the crust and probably a higher parmesean to panko rating, but it made the fish taste almost buttery! Definitely doing this recipe again.

turned out great! plank grilled it, so 5 minutes in the broiler after cooking browns the crust nicely

We really enjoyed this. I did do it in a brown butter though saving some for the last step pouring over the top of the parm mix. Needed to go for a tad longer but that could have been due to the opening of the oven for sides. pairs well with cilantro lime rice.

My husband hates fish, but I asked him to give me a chance to cook it for him. Guess what? He loved this recipe! I've made it twice already and he asked me when I'm going to make it again. Winner winner fish for dinner! I served it with a side of asparagus.
