One of the best, simplest recipes for cooking pork chops or any kind of meat, in my opinion. I used a meat seasoning mixture instead of the garlic and herb bread crumbs and it turned out fantastic. Blessings to Ms. Amy!

Simple and easy recipe! I didn't have Garlic and Herb bread crumbs, so I used plain and added 1/2 tsp oregano, 1 tsp garlic salt, 1/4 tsp basil, thyme, sage, marjoram, and savory. Cooked perfect in 15 minutes!
