It came out awesome I wanted it crunch but it was still good taste and texture

Easy to make and yummy to eat. I mixed everything in a bowl and tossed the potatoes in the bowl to make sure everything was covered. I also used minced garlic as well as powdered garlic - love the garlic!

I have made them three times. Everyone always loves them even the picky eaters. Nice change from ordinary potatoes.

Had to leave them in fpr an extra ten minutes. could have used a lil more flavor but they were good!

Potatoes turned out great! Would prefer a little extra Parmesan but that's just a personal preference.
